Mist Washer

Mist Washer was developed to solve environmental contamination problems by paint particles from pistol application in painting cabins. Nowdays, its usage coupled to cabins is essential because it keeps 95% of the painting particles mist in suspension, turning painting operations suitable to ecological principles, widley valorized today.

  • The equipment is made in a such way to keep painting particles from a water spray. This spray set is easy to take off to clean;
  • The water used suffers circulation and its renovation is automatic from an external tank linked to the source;
  • Its operation is based on air displacement produced by exhaustor diameter 600mm coupled to motor of 3,0 CV;
  • Its maintenance and cleaning are facilitated by two side caps and an exclusive system to open the exhauster which allows access directly to the airscrew and motor;
  • Aplication: LN-50 to Cabin to Mechanical Arm.
